Diocesan Administration: Office of Instructional Technology & Government Programs Department Introduction The Office of Instructional Technology and Office of Government Programs supports the development of technology in the schools of the Diocese of Allentown. Regional meetings of school technology personnel and Librarians provide an opportunity to surface the needs of local school programs and provide in-service topics to personnel. This office facilitates the participation of Diocesan schools in State and Federal programs. Existing State programs and grants currently provide assistance to schools for the development of technology, acquisition of textbooks and materials, educational and special education services. The new No Child Left Behind Act of 2002 reauthorizes many existing federal programs for schools in America. What's New?
