On behalf of the dedicated Priests, Deacons, Consecrated Religious, Seminarians, and the Lay Faithful of the Diocese of Allentown, I wish to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt congratulations to Bishops-elect Chylinski, Cooke, and Esmilla, on their appointment by our Holy Father, Pope Francis, as Auxiliary Bishops of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
