Bullard is a New York native. She attended college at Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education and English. She has a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Human Development from Long Island University in New York. She did her counseling internship with Catholic Charities, Diocese of Rockville Centre.
“I’m looking forward to supporting the life-changing efforts that Catholic Charities, Diocese of Allentown provides to the community,” Bullard said. “It’s clear to see that the impressive team of staff professionals and volunteers are very committed to the agency’s mission,” she added.
Catholic Charities, Diocese of Allentown Board Chairman Paul Wirth welcomed Bullard to her new post. “We’re pleased to fill this key leadership role with an experienced professional who will continue our focus on helping those in need while being very careful stewards of the resources our donors entrust to us,” Wirth said.
