We are looking to fill the following Faculty Positions:
- Chemistry (1 position)
- Spanish 2, 3, & 4 (2 positions)
- Math/Geometry (1 position)
- Art (1 position)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- FBI, Criminal Background, and Child Abuse clearances
Responsibilities:
- Designs and implements appropriate instruction of assigned subject in accordance with students' needs, Diocesan curriculum, and state standards.
- Develops and maintains a classroom environment conducive to effective learning where students employ work/study habits which have been clearly defined.
- Provides an education atmosphere consistent with the Diocese’s instructional goals.
- Monitors student behavior to ensure it is consistent with school policy.
- Designs and implements instruction that encourages student participation in learning activities.
- Plans a program of study that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of students.
- Conducts appropriate assessments of students' work and maintains accurate and regular data on students in areas of attendance and grades.
- Cooperates and collaborates with other members of the staff in planning instructional goals, objectives, curriculum, and instructional methods.
- Communicates with parents/guardians to discuss student progress.
- Interacts with pupils, staff, and parents in a positive and professional manner.
