CYO Handbook - Rules and Guidelines

In addition, the Medical Release & Liability Form is provided in the same area; this form must be completed for all student athletes and remain on file with the CYO program. Coaches should keep a copy of this form with them at all times. Rules and eligibility guidelines are outlined in the handbook.
